🔐 SECURITY: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
Kindly clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the bags/bins provided 🚮
Failure to pick up after pets may result in an extra cleaning fee.💸

🚫 PARKING: Please DO NOT park on the concrete slab🚓

👶INFANT FRIENDLY: Pack ’n play available but linens not provided (baby skin sensitivity) 🧺

🧹GARDENING: Gardeners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.

Please bag and tie all food and non-recyclable waste, then place it into one of the 4 backyard bins labeled “Garbage.”

The Big Island is wonderfully wild, and with that comes occasional visitors 🌺🌴
You may see local wildlife or tropical pests such as geckos, mosquitoes, sugar ants, scorpions, carpenter bees, and yes—sometimes cockroaches 🦎🦟🐜
