Easy self check-in with a smart lock 🔐, making arrivals smooth and easy - especially helpful with kids, luggage, and late flights. ✈️🧳👶

🏡 Access & Privacy
At Cerulean Sea & Sky Residence with Pool, you’ll have access to the entire home, except the downstairs bedroom, which is the owner’s private vacation retreat. The owner uses a separate entrance and will not disturb your stay. If you need anything, we’re just a message away 💬😊

🚗 Parking
Parking is available for up to 4 cars maximum. 🚙🚙🚙🚙
🚫 Please DO NOT park on the concrete slab🚫

🔐 SECURITY: Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property (front door, driveway, side, and backyard). There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🐾 PET FRIENDLY: Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies (max 2 pets, under 30 lbs).
Kindly clean up after your pets and dispose of waste in the bags/bins provided 🚮
Failure to pick up after pets may result in an extra cleaning fee.💸

👶 INFANT FRIENDLY: Pack ’n play available but linens not provided (baby skin sensitivity) 🧺

🧹 GARDENING & POOL: Gardeners and pool cleaners may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.

Please bag and tie all food and non-recyclable waste, then place it into one of the 4 backyard bins labeled “Garbage.”

You may hear roosters, frogs, and other nighttime nature sounds - it’s part of the local Kona charm 🌙🌿
If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs 😴🎧

🦎 ISLAND WILDLIFE + TROPICAL PESTS
The Big Island is wonderfully wild, and with that comes occasional visitors 🌺🌴
You may see local wildlife or tropical pests such as geckos, mosquitoes, sugar ants, scorpions, carpenter bees, and yes—sometimes cockroaches 🦎🦟🐜

🐜 Our home is professionally treated and well-maintained, but some critters are seasonal and sightings can still happen. If you’re excited to be close to nature, you’ll fit right in and have an amazing stay 🌈✨
