The Space

Split into two homes, the Main House and Ohana, this residence has six spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. There is ample space to comfortably accommodate your family or group of friends.

But the true gem of this house lies in its pools. Yes, that's right, pools — plural.

Two pristine pools grace the property, inviting you to cool off and relax under the radiant Hawaiian sun. Dive into the crystal-clear waters, swim a few laps, or simply float in blissful serenity.

And for the ultimate indulgence, immerse yourself in the soothing waters of the jacuzzi, letting the bubbles melt away any lingering stress or tension.

Other Things to Note

***IMPORTANT***

Please drive slowly once you reach the neighborhood. We recommend keeping your speed limit to 5–10 mph. This is to keep the area safe and quiet for our neighbors.

***Cameras are only placed in all common areas outside the property with noise detection. There are no cameras inside the house. The cameras are in place to ensure everyone's safety.

**We do not provide linens for the pack n play as babies might be sensitive to the detergent.

**Our property is pet-friendly. There will be an additional fee of $150 for pet cleaning. You will need to disclose your pets for our approval before booking. Limit 2 pets max, under 30 pounds.

**To ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, we kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste properly using the bags and bins provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

***TRASH & GARBAGE: All food and non-recyclable waste is to be bagged, closed, and put in one of the containers outside by the garage.

***Gardeners/Pool Maintenance may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.

***Natural noises, including roosters, frogs, etc. are part of our community and can be loud at night during your stay. If you are sensitive to sound, we suggest bringing earplugs.

***Before making a reservation, we want to make sure our guests are aware of the natural environment, which includes local wildlife, rodents, and tropical pests, such as geckos, mosquitoes, sugar ants, scorpions, carpenter bees, and cockroaches.

They're just a part of our normal life here, on our beautiful Big Island. If you're excited about getting close to nature, you'll have a wonderful time embracing everything that surrounds you during your stay.

Our homes are well-treated, but some of these critters are seasonal and have their own cycles. Our best efforts can still result in sightings.

Hot Tub Fee

★★★ Due to the large increase in natural gas costs in Hawaii, the hot tub is offered at an additional charge of $100 per day. Guests only need to pay for the specific day(s) needed. Heating fees will be requested to be paid before check-in.

The fee will cover the heating of the hot tub ONLY. The two pools are NOT heated.

It will take at least 3 hours for the hot tub to heat up, so please let us know once you decide. Then we can have someone come by and turn it on before your check-in.
