Exterior cameras are located around the outside of the property — front door, driveway, side, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the home. Cameras are for safety and incident review only.

🍖 BBQ:
BBQ is charcoal — charcoal not provided.

🐾 Pets:
Pets are welcome with prior approval! 🐶 An extra $150 pet cleaning fee applies — max 2 pets, under 30 lbs.

🐾 Pet Cleanup:
Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste using the bags/bins provided.
Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🧹 Maintenance:
Gardeners and hot tub techs may stop by to keep everything fresh & clean. They’ll be quick and respectful of your privacy.
